In My Veins| Kurt and Blaine

wolf-anderson:

Sure enough, as soon as his tongue had touched Kurt’s face, he was squirming underneath him, batting at him half-heartedly and whining, but laughing. He was laughing and laughter was such a happy, contagious sound, especially when it came from Kurt’s mouth, because to him it sounded like every adorable baby animal in the world making adorable baby animal noises at the same time, and bells tinkling and angels singing and he was getting too poetic but it was just the best thing ever and he loved his boyfriend. Finally, Kurt fell back on the bed and Blaine stopped licking him. He loved him too, he’d understood. This was very good. Kurt reached up to caress at the fur of his muzzle and face, and once again, Blaine leaned into it, eyes still bright and nodding eagerly at his words. Yes, he was happy, it was amazing, he loved him so much—he turned his face again to lick at his palm.

But it was rather frustrating to be a wolf and not be able to communicate with another person. It had never happened to him before—every time he’d been in this shape, he’d been with other wolves, and they had telepathy. He looked back at Kurt, spread out back on his bed—his bed—and leaving his scent all over his room; urgh, he should have done this a while ago. And he couldn’t help it; dipping his head, he shifted again, head, body, legs, and collapsed on top of his boyfriend on the bed, leaning up to kiss him properly, framing his face with his hands as he kissed eagerly at his mouth, humming happily into it. “Mmph,” he said, pressing kisses all over his face. “Love you—so much—perfect—love you.”

Kurt grinned, wide and happy, when Blaine nodded at him, taking in the brightness of his eyes and how it looked like he was smiling, even as a wolf. He was glad that just simply being here with Blaine was enough to make him happy. Kurt huffed a small laugh when Blaine stopped nuzzling into his hand, turning his head to lick at Kurt’s palm instead. Kurt loved the feelings of warmth and contentment flowing through him, loved that he felt safe and cared for and loved by simply just lying there. He loved that Blaine could do that for him without even trying. He continued to watch Blaine with half-lidded eyes, wondering just what Blaine was thinking of at that moment. He stayed still as Blaine moved over him again, his head ducking down. Kurt half-expected him to start licking at his face again, but it never came.

The air left Kurt in a whoosh when Blaine, now a human again, collapsed on top of him. Blaine barely gave his mind a moment to catch up with everything before he was suddenly everywhere, his hands coming up to frame his face and hold him gently and his lips connecting with every part of him that they could reach, finally slotting over Kurt’s own mouth. Kurt sighed into Blaine’s mouth and returned the kiss, lips turning up into a smile at the happy noises Blaine was making. It was only a few seconds before Blaine’s mouth detached from his and began moving all over, over his cheeks and chin and eyelids, kissing everywhere. Kurt grinned and brought a hand up, pushing the hair out of Blaine’s eyes as he stared up at him. “I love you too. So so much,” He breathed out, feeling like he was going to explode from how happy he felt. He then realized that Blaine as a human meant Blaine without clothes and he groaned, letting his head fall back with a dull thump against the comforter under his head, “You really are going to be the death of me, Blaine Anderson.”
